I thought a few of you might be interested in an event I'm trying to get together in the geek dating tribe. Oh, and if you see this as spam my apologies and please delete. I'm just hoping to broaden the geek community horizons.

We have two events going. One is on the 29th of september, and is connected to the midnight screening of Serenity. We're getting together beforehand and socializing/whathaveyou, then some of us will be going to the movie afterward.
Everyone is totally welcome to come to both parts of the event on the 29th. I must tell you though, that there is a slightly larger number of guys than girls, so if you're determined to do a search and dest....eh date mission here the odds are more in your favor if you're a chick. Well actually I guess I should say they're more in your favor if you like guys. Maybe.
Anyway, the other event that is shaping up is on the 11th, so if you'd like to go to that, let me know. : )
