My domain is www.geeksrus.com/ I have my own lame podcast, I own both Macs and PCs and I play World of Warcraft. Oh, I'm single but want to be in an amazing relationship that involves passion, lots of Disneyland, travel and hopefully she is not Alliance.

    I don't need a geek test. ROFL

I only scored 51.0848% - Super Geek. I flunked on a lot of the gaming questions. :-(

      49. something.

I quit every school I could due to being endlessly teased... so I scored NOT AT ALL on most of the technical questions. ::sigh:: I think my awful school expereance... the fact that I cut school to play games on BBS and attended our BBS events (called geekfests) would count for something... so I am a bit of a misfit/miscreant/drop-out. I just couldn't take the pain:)

Wait.... untill they fix this test I must protest. How about atleast one point for "have you ever found yourself at Kinko's at four in the morning explaining to the counter guy that its ok to copy the character sheet out of the back of a gaming book before?"

        Thank you.

In truth I never found it interesting. Never tried Lan gaming. D&D to me was interesting but dull. Why sketch it out on paper when I could do it every weekend (grew up in the SCA/Renfaires). Maybe if someone could find a one that would capture my attention I would.

My mother in law makes ren faire clothing and my husband grew up in a live action environment. Ren faires and NERO (which ran from his livingroomwhen it was only in MA)

          ...Still...

There is something i feel when sitting down with caffene, junk food, a full dice bag, mech.pencils and a character sheet. There is, after all, so very much more you can do in a fantasy world then one thats trying to mock a historical time period.

BTW.... it has come to my attention that you are not a girl...
.... which is ok by me.

LOL! No not a girl. Thank you. Who is your husband if I may ask? I worked MA NERO for awhile. and my friend Clint still does. May know the mum in law too (been doing SCA?Renfaire since birth)

I can understand the whole sitting down and meshing out the character on paper. We used to do that in some of the larps I played in.

            BTW. Kewel snail!

              Thanks (its my racing snail)

My beloved is Justin Rookey ...his Mom (who hates me BTW) is Lyla NicNevin (Parents are devorced now) and his dad is Ernest rookey. Ford stayed with them when NERO was going bankrupt.... a very long time ago now. Lyla has shops under the names Fantasia and Alternate Realities. She does all of the east coast and up into Canada and down into FL.

I can tell by your profile we have quite a few things in common actually.

How does it do on turns? I understand some can tip over as they are shell heavy. Usually a little sanding and polish fixes it but is embarassing when your on the final curve and your snail tips over dropping you.

The names are familiar, but not placing faces with them. Sorry she hates you but sometimes there is no pleasing a person. I will be at MDF this comming weekend so will look for the shop(s) Doing a Landknecht demo down there.

Looks like we may have more in common than was thought too. If you want drop me a message or add me to friends where we wont clutter the board with it (unless your being facetious in which case whups!) :-)

    I got 56.01578%

I guess I'm more nerdy than geeky, but I would like to say that the test is skewed. There are plenty of bio-geeks out there and yet there were few bio-related questions except "do you own a microscope?" I don't, but I -=want=- one, and the cool little grids that will allow me to do my own RBC count. Who needs to pay for hospital labs if I can do it myself?
